Domino's Pizza in Cologne

Best pizza shop. In my opinion it tastes great !!!! I even think that they make the pizzas quickly! Very fresh and hot??

Understand the bad reviews here 0 Order here more often and the pizzas arrive nice and warm and soft, very tasty, and the supplier is always there in 5-7 minutes

I love this pizzeria! It would only be cool if the pizza crust could also be made in small and large pizzas Otherwise good pizza!

70 minutes waiting time, ordered on Sunday at 4 p.m. The food was lukewarm and the supplier can neither say thank you for the tip nor say hello or goodbye. The live tracker showed me almost 20 minutes beforehand that the food had been delivered. I would not order here again!

Ordered 2 medium pizzas (28 cm) received 2 small pizzas (24 cm measured) in medium boxes. Both pizzas had at least 3-4 mistakes, extra ingredients that I paid for are missing. Do not recommend. Better order from local pizza shops.

Teriyaki pizza. Coating is missing! No spring onions, no sesame seeds, NO TERIYAKISOẞE! Rip off. Will book the money back and report the incident.

It's a shame I've never eaten such a bad pizza. And that for just under 50 Eur. Dominos is already a good chain. But this tenant is a complete failure

Delicious pizza. Accommodating staff.

Waited an hour for a small pizza, when it arrived it was dry as if it were there for 20 minutes. I brought them back to get a new one and they made me wait 10 minutes. I arrived at home and was happy to finally enjoy my pizza after an hour. When I opened the pizza box, I noticed that the staff were making the same pizza. Although I asked them very nicely and politely, that's how they treat you. Outrageous.

Pizzas were in the Rum store for half an hour before delivery and arrived cold. I would rather order from a domino that is further away than having to give me such bad service

For the second time no cheese in the rim, delivery took forever. Quality has clearly decreased. Regrettably! In the pizza cracker, my order was displayed as completed, although I had to wait a good quarter of an hour. Pizza lukewarm to cold .... ?☹️

Ordered online and wanted to pick up the goods. Unfortunately, the colleagues in the store were more interested in personal phone calls than in customer service. So I was allowed to wait a total of 10 minutes in the store until I finally had my pizzas (although they were ready a few minutes beforehand). That's a shame. I still like the pizza. But next time I'll think about whether to order it from the location.

Delivery took a good 1 1/2 hours. Pizza not tasty at all, the dough not saggy! Pure disappointment.

Delivery was 1 1/2 hours late, although it is only a 5-minute walk from the branch to us. Pizza was very cold and almost rock-hard and inedible. Almost no tomato sauce available. The delivery man finally brought the pizza and gave me an extremely angry look, although I hardly complained. Definitely not to recommend this branch.

I don't know why the reviews are sometimes so bad, I've only had good experiences so far and it was always very tasty. I am collecting myself.

Received a cold pizza after almost 2 hours. This has happened to me for the third time in a row in this branch. From now on I will avoid this branch. Usually I am always completely satisfied with dominos. It's a shame that a branch pulls the company into the mud.

Worst experience ever !! I had never eaten such a bad pizza in my life. At first the pizza didn't really get through. The bottom was soft, so we had to bake the pizza longer at home to enjoy it. THEN when I bite into the 5th slice, I literally spat out the pizza !! I bit on a piece of trash! After that, my girlfriend actually chewed on a piece of rubbish (see photos). How can you even have such a pizza delivered to the customer! DO NOT ORDER HERE!

Wanted to have pizza delivered, but gave the wrong address and Domino's website simply changed the order to pick up. I called and couldn't cancel the order because the pizzas were already being processed, nor did you want to deliver because I was too far away. Was then allowed to pick up cold pizza for € 50 that wasn't even cut properly. Compared to some other Domino's, this place sucks

Every time I wait at least 1 hour for 2 pizzas even though I live 3km away, this time it was too much. I waited for 3 pizzas 2.5 hours. Just outrageous something like that.

The order went out at 6:17 p.m. We received the goods at 7.40 p.m. 1 1/2 hours for 2 cold pizzas and frozen Tiramisu that had also come up. What more can you say? If we weren't really hungry we wouldn't have thought so.

Food never arrived. DO NOT BUT FROM THIS COMPANY.

Pretty good service. Food is great. Yummy and affordable. However other places are better, there are still some stuff here that is really yummy. You must try the garlic bread. And teriyaki chicken.

I always love Domino's.

I waited 2 hours for my pizza before calling and the woman on the phone told me they were on the way. I then waited almost another hour but nobody showed up or even called. Customer service is terrible, this place doesn’t care at all

Taste is very good

Our delivery was on time ready. CheeseBurger pizza was okay but i don't like how thick the dough was.
